     “ The British Isles have long been a source of artistic inspiration and personal refuge for me on my own life’s journey.  The English countryside is speckled with delightful villages which entice the eye and is graced with a quiet simplicity in lifestyle for the peaceful souls who live there.  Every visit to England is a chance for me to refresh the vision of my artist’s spirit and renew all of my hopes and dreams for a future that is just another day away.  I pray that “Rosebud Cottage” (inspired by an actual cottage I sketched on one of my visits to England) can provide a similar experience for my friends who view it. ”
